You can close your Account at any time by submitting your account closure request on our website at https://gophrpp.com/account-closure.
If you have created an Account, you may request deletion of your Account at any time.
You can do this in either of the following ways:
• By submitting account deletion form at https://gophrpp.com/account-closure
• By contacting us at support@gophr.app from the email address associated with your account and asking us to delete your Account.
When you request deletion of your Account, we will delete or anonymize your Account credentials, profile information, and other Personal Data associated with your Account that we are not legally required to retain. Once deleted or anonymized, we will no longer use this information for any new purposes.
We may retain certain Personal Data after you request deletion when we have a legal obligation or legitimate business reason to do so. For example, we may keep delivery and payment records, tax and accounting records, and information needed to detect fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
We will process your request within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law governing your Country or State.
If we cannot complete the deletion for legal or technical reasons, we will notify you stating the reason.
